Recurring billing is a payment model that allows companies to invoice their customers based on an agenda that the company specifies be it once a month, once every quarter, etc.
The most common forms of recurring billing include subscriptions, membership dues, and payments that are made under an installment plan. Any good/service that a customer purchases frequently and regularly might be a good candidate for recurring billing.
A subscriber provides their credit card information for making payments of goods or services on a periodic basis. The payment will be then withdrawn by the vendor on a regular basis until the subscription expired or are canceled.
Recurring billing actually provides a benefit and convenience to a subscriber who doesn’t have to worry about this monthly bill or even risk missing out on the product delivery or service.
